Job Description
- Candidate with 7-10 yrs of PQE in commercial contracts in BFSI/LFs should apply. \n
- Candidates currently in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai should apply \n\n
- Draft, review, and negotiate end-to-end commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, marketing, IT, and other key agreements. \n
- Provide legal advisory across business functions; identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks. \n
- Standardize and finalize product documentation for new offerings and businesses. \n
- Ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks across diverse business segments. \n\n
- A degree in law from a recognised institution. \n
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts within banking, financial services, or law firms. \n
- Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. \n
- Currently or previously worked with a Reputed organisation/Law firm
