Job Description
- Opportunity to work with Global tier 1 FMCG \n

- Organise training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment \n
- - Define the continuing training plan \n
- - Design and validate training tools and content \n
- -Organize, manage, and drive training sessions. This includes selecting appropriate teachers/coaches and external training companies.Monitor and verify the effective delivery of the training plan. \n
- Define team objectives and follow-up, in line with Medical Management \n
- - Assess team training needs \n
- - Establish clear educational objectives that are directly aligned with the brand and Divisional strategies. \n
- - Monitor, assess and carry out reporting on training \n
- Ensure that all training content and delivery adhere strictly to internal and external ethical standards, particularly concerning interactions and relationships with healthcare professionals. \n
- Carry out monitoring \n
- - Regularly update contents and implement innovative pedagogical methods \n
- - Ensure regulatory monitoring regarding mandatory training for targets \n
- Minimum 6-7 days of on-the-job training to MRs in the field, providing critical coaching and practical guidance on the application of SIMAC model \n\n
- Total exp of 5-7 years with minimum 4 years of experience as a trainer \n
- Past experience of medical detailing is desirable
