Summary:

\n

We are looking for a ServiceNow Portal developer. The ServiceNow Developer role will work closely with business and product teams to achieve the desired outcome within the Agile Methodology.

\n

A person should have excellent analytical and developer skills with exceptional verbal and written communication. As a part of ServiceNow practice at NCRVOYIX, you will always be motivated and get opportunities to advance and experience in new areas to strengthen your capabilities and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
  • Creating and implementing complex pages
  • \n
  • Creating and implementing custom widgets
  • \n
  • Implementing designer-provided user interfaces
  • \n
  • Matching the UI from designs on various pages of a portal
  • \n
  • Resolving UI performance bottlenecks
  • \n
  • Resolving complex widget defects
  • \n
  • Writing ATF tests
  • \n
  • Analyzing usage statistics
  • \n
  • Ensuring custom widgets and pages are ready for upgrade
  • \n

    Basic Requirements

    \n
  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education.
  • \n
  • 3+ years experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
  • \n
  • 2+ years experience developing custom service portals
  • \n
  • Experience with integrations, platform configuration, design, and deployment
  • \n
  • Experience with custom application development including Custom Service Portal widget creation
  • \n
  • 2+ years of scripting/coding Experience (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, Bootstrap, SQL)
  • \n
  • ServiceNow Certifications a plus (bonus for ServiceNow Portal Fundamentals, ServiceNow Portal Advanced)
  • \n
  • Web development experience a plus
  • \n
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • \n
  • Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
  • \n
  • Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
  • \n
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • \n
  • Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the communication appropriately to the intended audience

    Preferred Requirements

    Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus
