Job Role : Salesforce Product Owner & Administrator

\n

Experience : 7.5+ Years

\n

Location : Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days \n

Roles and Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration & System Management \n

Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator , managing system configuration, workflows, security settings, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data integrity.

\n

Oversee user management , including setup, deactivation, and permission adjustments.

\n

Monitor Salesforce health, performance, and security , ensuring system compliance with organizational standards.

\n

Manage data integrity and deduplication efforts , implementing best practices for data quality and governance.

\n

Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues, providing technical support and training for end users.

\n

Oversee Salesforce releases , ensuring system updates and enhancements align with business needs.

Product Ownership & Business Analysis \n

Translate business requirements into clear business documentation, epics, and user stories .

\n

Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document functional and nonfunctional requirements .

\n

Partner with stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to convert business requirements into system solutions .

\n

Define product roadmaps , ensuring solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce capabilities.

\n

Drive enhancements and system improvements , ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Testing & Quality Assurance \n

Work with QA teams to develop and maintain regression test suites .

\n

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs before deployment.

\n

Maintain traceability of product and release goals , ensuring business alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication \n

Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT teams.

\n

Foster strong relationships with internal business units, IT teams, and vendors .

\n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, training, and best practices.

\n

Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on Salesforce performance, adoption, and upcoming changes.
