\nAssistant Area Manager (AAM) Hiring & Induction Module

Key Responsibilities of AAM
1. Analyze Work Processes: Understand and evaluate current workflows within the unit to identify
\ninefficiencies and areas for improvement.
\n2. Identify Gaps: Monitor operations to spot gaps in service delivery or patient experience.
\n3. Develop Reporting Structures: Maintain effective formats for clear visibility into unit performance.
\n4. Unit-Level Insight: Maintain deep understanding of unit functioning and challenges.
\n5. Team Coordination: Support FCs, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain communication quality.
\n6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to optimize processes.
\n7. Training & Mentorship: Guide and upskill team members.
\n8. Escalation Handling: Resolve issues promptly before reaching management.
\n9. Attire Monitoring: Ensure grooming and dress code adherence.
\n10. Zimyo Attendance: Monitor and correct attendance irregularities.

\n Training Schedule:
\n - Day 1: Joining Formalities
\n - Day 2–5: Classroom Training
\n - Day 6–12: On-Ground Training (OGT)
