Job Title: Application Tracking Specialist

Job Summary:
\n We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Application Tracking Specialist to manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS). The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless flow of information through the system, and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards.

•Continuously improve the use of the ATS to streamline recruitment processes, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure data accuracy.

•Work closely with HR, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure job requisitions are updated and maintained in the ATS.

•Assist with communication between recruiters and candidates, ensuring timely updates on their application status.

•Generate reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the hiring process and decision-making.

•Provide support and training to HR and recruitment teams on using the ATS effectively.

•Ensure that the recruitment process follows legal requirements and company policies, especially in regard to candidate data privacy and confidentiality.

•Ensure smooth transition and integration of selected candidates into the on boarding process.
