Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sourcing deals
\n- To Generate Business Across Real Estate Sector (Syndication, Land Intermediation, Asset Management, Strategy).
\n- To Be Updated With The Real Estate Market And Wholesale Funding In Real Estate.
\n- To Define And Align The Target Universe.
\n- Identification Of Prospects For Real Estate Developer Funding. To Work On Target List
\n- Key Account Management For Revenue And Referrals.
\n- To Handle The Transaction Lifecycle From Prospecting, Sourcing To Recovering Fees.
\n- To Participate And Negotiate Stakeholders For Mandates, Closure Of Term Sheets And Finalization Of Deal Structure
\nSupport The Preparation Of Collaterals Including :
\n- Pitch Book
\n- Analysis Of The Proposal (Funding/Land/Strategy/Asset Management).
\n- Information Memorandum And Cash Flow Statements For The Transaction.
\n- Deep Knowledge On Industry - Both Formal And Informal Information.
\nRequirements, Desired Skills And Experience :
\n- 2 To 5 Years Of Experience Of Working With Bank/Nbfc/Aif In Real Estate Space Or Working In Bank/Nbfc In Sme/Midmarket Space
\n- Management Qualification From Category A Institutes.
\nEssentials Skills :
\n- Networking, Interpersonal, Analytical And Organizational, Deal Skills, Independently Handle Negotiations.
\nDesirables Skills :
\n- Multitasking & Working Independently, Local Linguistic.
\n- Proven Track Record In Fast Paced, High Growth & Competitive Environment.
