Roles and Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Verification and handling of import-related transactions
\n - Keeping track of bills
\n - Accounting and confirmation of CHA/Frieght forwarders invoices Invoice payment using the bank website IDPMS
\n - Interaction with foreign suppliers
\n - Interaction between CHA and the purchase team
\n - Reconciliation of accounts for import merchants
\n - Verification of import merchants' balances in terms of Inco
\n - Attending talks with merchants who import and purchase
\n - Getting the import payable schedule ready
\n - Organizing audits pertaining to imports
\n
