\n Key Responsibilities:
\n * Recruit a minimum of 5 insurance advisors every month.
\n * Help advisors complete the IRDAI licensing process and clear the IRDAI exam.
\n * Train and motivate advisors to generate business and achieve sales targets.
\n * Support advisors in customer meetings and sales activities.
\n * Monitor advisor performance and ensure business growth through the agency channel
