\n\nWORK EXPERIENCE:
\n 10-16 years of hands-on experience in development using Java, J2EE, JPA, Junit, Kafka(desirable), Microservices and REST APIs.
\n Strong experience in architectural design - both low-level and high-level.
\n Experience building distributed systems and working in microservices-based architecture. Proficient with Kafka and message-driven architecture.
\n Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
\n Sound understanding of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment. Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based teams with exposure to software lifecycle tools (, Git, Jenkins, JIRA).
\n Experience in People management.Technical Skills
