1. Key Responsibilities:

2. Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation for backend services, APIs, XMS/JSON and UI workflows.
\n
3. Build and enhance automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
\n
4. Perform validation and testing in Kubernetes and Docker containerized environments
\n
5. Execute test cases on Cisco and Juniper routers, including configuration, feature validation, and protocol-level testing.
\n
6. Test and troubleshoot networking protocols including MPLS, L2/L3, IGP (ISIS/OSPF), and BGP, Segment Routing, SRv6
\n
7. Perform testing in virtualized platforms such as VMware/ESXi, KVM and cloud environments like AWS.
\n
8. Work closely with development teams to understand architecture, debug issues, and enhance test coverage.
\n
9. Contribute to continuous improvement of automation, test processes, and CI/CD integration.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Crosswork Network Controller or EPNM product.

2. Hands-on experience writing and executing automated tests for Python applications using the pytest framework.

3. Hands-on experience with networking protocols including MPLS, L2/L3, IGP (ISIS/OSPF), and BGP, Segment Routing, SRv6.

4. Hands-on experience with VMware, KVM and AWS.
