\nJob Summary
We are hiring qualified and patient-focused Medical Officers (MBBS) to manage day-to-day OPD services at our clinics in Bengaluru. The role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication, and fluency in Kannada. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing primary medical care, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring high standards of patient care.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nConduct OPD consultations, including patient history taking, diagnosis, and treatment planning
\nProvide primary medical care for acute and chronic conditions
\nPrescribe medications and recommend diagnostic tests as required
\nMaintain accurate and timely patient medical records
\nEducate patients on preventive healthcare, treatment plans, and follow-ups
\nCoordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
\nEnsure adherence to clinical protocols, medical ethics, and regulatory guidelines
\nHandle basic medical emergencies until referral if required
\nEligibility Criteria
\nQualification
\nMBBS from an Indian medical institute only
\nFMGE / foreign medical graduates are not eligible
\nExperience
\nMinimum 1 year of clinical experience post-MBBS
\nPrior OPD experience is mandatory
\nLanguage
\nFluency in Kannada is mandatory
\nLocation Preference
\nMust reside within 5–6 km of the assigned clinic or be willing to relocate
\nWork Schedule
\nMonday to Saturday (Split Shifts)
\nMorning: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
\nEvening: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
