Job Description
- Be the HR leader for the organization \n

- Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the food FMCG sector. \n
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. \n
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources. \n
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. \n
- Assess and monitor workforce performance and implement performance management systems. \n
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the FMCG industry. \n
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a balanced and inclusive work environment. \n\n
- A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies in the FMCG industry. \n
- Experience in managing HR operations within the food sector is advantageous. \n
- Knowledge of labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. \n
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively to achieve organizational goals. \n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
