Experience: 1018 years | B2C background preferred

Lead business growth, admissions, revenue, and operations for 38 schools in your zone. Drive performance through strong team leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.

• Own zone-level admissions & revenue targets

• Manage end-to-end school operations (38 schools)

• Ensure SOP compliance and academic-support processes
\n
• Lead & mentor Principals and Ops teams
\n
• Drive student retention , parent satisfaction & hiring support

Candidates with strong B2C multi-location leadership experience from:

• EdTech / Telecom / E-Commerce / Education
\n
• Large-scale B2C service industries
\n

• 1018 years experience
\n
• Multi-branch or multi-city management
\n
• Revenue ownership & people leadership experience

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• 6-day workweek (alternate Saturdays off)
