\n\nRole: eCom Technical QA Lead/ManagerQualification: with min. experience of 8-12 years as QA Manager in eCom Frameworks like SAP Hybris Commerce (must have) , Magento, AEM, Shopify etc.Responsibilities
\n - Requires working with the business/operation stakeholder to understand new feature/offer/promotions requests
\n - Analysis of the Business Problems & Solution design
\n - Understand and correctly use the company ecommerce Platform to support business stakeholders
\n - Creating and maintaining listings of Issues/Bugs of eCom Platform
\n - Validation the existing product online is listed properly with correct data, images & offers.
\n - Coordinate & Streamline tasks with QA/Ops team
\n - Facilitate tech team / feature PM/ Delivery manager for any support from QA perspective
\n - Work with L1/L2 & Third party support Team for the bugs reporting & resolution
\n - Maintain process and procedure documents for this role
\n - Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead QA team members to ensure effective test execution and professional development
\n - Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
\n - Quality Assurance: Ensure that all features of e-commerce platform meet defined quality, performance, and security standards
\n - Testing Execution: Oversee all testing phases, including system, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and performance testing
\n o Will be responsible for end to end execution of eCom Projects Testing
\n o Offer Validation & Testing
\n o New Product Launch & Testing
\n o UI/UX Improvement & testing
\n o Execute all levels of UATs & work on test cases- Defect Management: Lead the defect triage process, ensuring timely resolution of issues across different environments.
\n - Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough root cause analysis for defects and production issues to prevent recurrence.
\n - Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and business teams to gather requirements, define test coverage, and integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle
\n - Knowledge of eCom Frameworks like Hybris (must have), AEM, Magento, Shopify
\n - Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and complete with high quality
\n - Strong business communication skills ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely.
\n - Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
\n - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact success
