Our Client is a subsidiary of a Japanese corporation that has businesses in various fields such as industrial gas, energy, agriculture, and health. They use green technology to harvest water from the humidity in the air and purify it with ozone. They also provides solutions for water scarcity and environmental issues

Job Description:

1.PID controllers,Indicator,ON/OFF controllers for proper functioning of process plants, knowledge of P&ID, All instruments related to pressure, flow, level and control loops.

2.Knowledge of working Yokogowa DCS, Siemens PC7 DCS, PLC,HMI, SCADA system and HART communicator, proximity sensors, smart positioners etc

3.Control wiring, PLC analog/Digital input,wirings

4.Calibration of gas analysers make SERVOMEX,Teledyne,

5.To ensure maximum up-time of instruments by managing spares and condition monitoring. Maintaining of all relevant documentation related to instrumentation, e.g. IMS certification etc.

6.Analytical approach and carrying out the analysis of plant parameters

& machine parameters

7.Knowledge on Compressors, Turbines, Pumps etc

8.Day to day maintenance , CMs, PMs etc

Responsible for maintenance of the control system of the plant, control system of the machines, analysers and other field equipment.

The unit is ensuring safety and quality by following systems like IMS system

Zero Breakdowns on account of failure of Instrumentation.

To achieve target POLT ( Plant On Line Time)

To comply with Internal Audit and External Audit recommendations.

The job holder interacts with Senior Instrumentation \Reliability Manager for instructions and guidance.

The job needs to liaison with Statutory Authorities like weights and measures department in addition to dealing with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Material suppliers and Service Providers

The job also needs dealing with our Process Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Teams, counterparts at other units & Finance Team

The jobholder assists colleagues in purchase of materials and services.

The jobholder is responsible for handling the accounts of the plant, viz., employee payments, vendor payments, etc.

The incubment is responsible for complaince with regulatory testing of Instruments and equipments at plant.

Responsible for using of Computerised Maintenance Package (Jde) and carrying out the jobs as per the package s schedule to ensure that NO maintenance jobs are pending.
