- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee benefits. \n
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. \n
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR operations with business strategies. \n
- Oversee HR systems and ensure accurate data management and reporting. \n
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR function. \n
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Mumbai. \n
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams across various business units. \n
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced HR services. \n\n
- A strong background in human resources, specifically within the energy and natural resources industry. \n
