Job Description

· Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments.

\n · Manage and maintain CI/CD tools to accelerate software development and deployment.

\n · Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and systems.

\n · Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues in development, test, and production environments.

\n · Collaborate with software developers to streamline the development to deployment process.

\n · Build and maintain tools for monitoring, notification, and analytics.

\n · Conduct system tests for security, performance, and availability.

\n · Develop and improve operational practices and procedures.

\n · Ensure critical resolution of system issues using the best cloud security solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DevOps Lead should have:

\n · Extensive experience in DevOps engineering and team management.

\n · Knowledge of debugging with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

\n · Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Argo CD, or similar.

\n · Experience setting up code scanners such as Snyk & SonarQube.

\n · Familiarity with OpenTelemetry & ClickHouse implementation with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.

\n · Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

\n · Experience with SSH, SFTP server, Tomcat (WAR), JAR deployments, and nginx.

\n · Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

\n · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

\n · Ability to mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers/interns.

\n · Strong communication and collaboration skills.
