Systems Integration Specialist Advisor

We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role: AI Delivery Lead

Location: Bangalore/ Noida

Notice Period: 30 Days

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, consulting, technology implementation, or digital transformation.

• Strong experience managing enterprise-scale implementation projects involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing delivery leadership, including executive communication and stakeholder management.
\n
• Solid understanding of AI, automation, data platforms, analytics, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
\n
• Experience managing Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
\n
• Strong knowledge of project governance, delivery reporting, risk and issue management, scope control, and change management.
\n
• Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex solution concepts into clear business communication.
\n
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience managing distributed or global delivery teams.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience delivering Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, or data-driven transformation programs.
\n
• Manufacturing domain expertise, especially in one or more of the following areas: production operations, supply chain, procurement, quality management, maintenance, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or ERP-enabled transformation.
\n
• Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or enterprise data platforms.
\n
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
\n
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile, or similar certification.
\n
• Consulting or professional services experience is highly desirable.
