- Comprehensive Ownership of Strategic HR Processes \n

- Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR activities. \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in talent management and workforce planning. \n
- Knowledge of the health insurance sector is advantageous. \n
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies. \n
- Strong communication and analytical skills. \n
- Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements.
