  • Recommend budget allocations.

  • Sales Planning :

  • Create and recommend sales strategies for achieving sales targets (e.g., launch plan for a new project).

2. Operational Responsibilities \n

  • Channel Partner Management :
  • \n
  • Meet and monitor channel partners.
  • \n
  • Screen potential partners and communicate company terms and conditions.
  • \n
  • Set channel distribution strategy and drive channel business.

  • Team & Sales Management :
  • \n
  • Assign sales targets to the team.
  • \n
  • Track sales inventory.
  • \n
  • Interact with customers to convert leads and negotiate deals.

  • Generate and manage leads.

  • Market Development :

  • Explore new opportunities in corporate sales within the region.

  • Manage all aspects of the after-sales relationship with customers.

  • Ensure accurate input and management of customer data.

  • Ensure site experience aligns with brand norms.

  • Balance workload allocation within the team.

  • Review tasks and conduct regular performance assessments.
