- Estimate marketing budgets for the site (including promotions, sales manpower, broker commissions). \n
- Recommend budget allocations. \n

- Create and recommend sales strategies for achieving sales targets (e.g., launch plan for a new project). \n

- Channel Partner Management : \n
- Meet and monitor channel partners. \n
- Screen potential partners and communicate company terms and conditions. \n
- Set channel distribution strategy and drive channel business. \n
- Team & Sales Management : \n
- Assign sales targets to the team. \n
- Track sales inventory. \n
- Interact with customers to convert leads and negotiate deals. \n
- Generate and manage leads. \n
