About the Role

\n

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead our sales operations, drive net-new revenue growth, and oversee key account management across the Western Region. You will be responsible to acquire new enterprise clients, while personally ensuring the retention, upsell, and strategic growth of our most valuable IT services accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Own and exceed regional sales targets, quarterly quotas, and annual revenue goals.
  • \n
  • Key Account Management: Direct strategic growth plans for high-value accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • \n
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify and close expansion opportunities for advanced IT services within existing client portfolios.
  • \n
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of regional account executives and account managers.
  • \n
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute dynamic regional sales plans aligned with the company s overall IT service strategies.
  • \n
  • Executive Relationship Building: Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key client organizations.
  • \n
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales and renewal cycle, ensuring an accurate and healthy CRM pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements

\n

  • Experience: 20+years of B2B sales experience, with 6+ years managing both new business acquisition and strategic key accounts in IT services.
  • \n
  • Track Record: Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and maintaining high client retention/expansion rates.
  • \n
  • Skills: Deep understanding of IT service delivery models, strong C-suite networking, and exceptional contract negotiation skills.
