Role Summary: \n

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Personalization Specialist to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, Excel, data visualization, and CRM-based personalization. You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to drive actionable insights, support A/B testing, and enable customer segmentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities: \n

    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to track campaign performance and personalization initiatives.

  • \n
  • \n

    Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys.

  • \n
  • \n

    Perform customer segmentation and profiling using CRM data to support targeted marketing efforts.

  • \n
  • \n

    Write and optimize complex SQL queries for extracting and manipulating large datasets across multiple sources.

  • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with CRM teams on data-driven personalization strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) and Salesforce CRM .

    Monitor and report on key metrics for campaigns, tests, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • \n

    Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve conversion rates, retention, and ROI.

  • \n

    Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency in all analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications: \n

'05; Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
\n '05; Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
\n '05; Experience with Tableau or Power BI (mandatory)
\n '05; Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC)
\n '05; Hands-on expertise in A/B testing , campaign analysis , and test tracking
\n '05; Strong understanding of CRM data models and customer segmentation techniques
\n '05; Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics , MCP
\n '05; Ability to translate data insights into business recommendation
