The main role of the team is to manage
\nSales development focuses on identifying leads, researching and developing them and moving them along the sales cycle toward a closing.
\nBusiness development involves finding new growth opportunities for Services and forming strategic partnerships (Internal and External) that open-up new domains.
\nThe Service Sales and Business Development team develops the offering, manages the demand for resources and expertise to meet our customers expectations in the areas of bespoke developments of Alt a PSS, digital / Mobile developments and consulting projects, business consulting projects, functional and technical expertise offered on top of solutions, to name a few.
\nWith the growing need for more tailored solutions answering specific challenges our customer airlines are facing today, there is a great potential for services development to complement product portfolio.
\nThe Global Role of a Service Management Senior Specialist/Principal is to lead a dedicated business domain and focus on
\ndeveloping and managing service opportunities associated with a business domain. i.e. Digital / Mobile App
\nHe/she will be involved in the full-service management cycle:
\no Lead collecting customer requirements, translating them into a service design, (Scoping to Solution)
\no Ensuring all the capabilities needed to deliver the service are available in or with our partners.
\no Lead the business case preparation to safeguard the right level of margin resulting in the creation of commercial proposals.
\no Supporting Regional Service Managers and Airlines Extended Accounts team in pitching the service commercial proposal, new services to customers
\no Work with different business domains for continuous development of existing and new services, Resource demand management, and Follow/Promote SAFe Methodology
\no Pipeline Owner of Service Business Domain opportunities and contribute to budget exercise.
\no Monitor delivery via following up on Time reported and Invoiced
\nSkills and Competencies
\nProven work experience in Digital/Mobile domain with understanding technical aspects a plus
\nPrevious Airline or similar work experience
\nExperience with Products and solutions.
\nAutonomy and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\nGood communication and negotiation skills
\nResilient and self-motivated
\nProject Management skills
\nCommercial and sales management skills
\nUnderstanding of commercial and financial framework (cost, revenue, margin)
\nUnderstanding of legal and contracting framework
\nGood presentation skills and proficiency with word, ppt, excel.
