- High Visibility and Ownership \n
- Opportunity to shape organisation wide HR Agenda \n\n
- Drive culture‑building initiatives and embed organisational values across teams. \n
- Design and implement leadership development programs for managers and future leaders. \n
- Lead OD interventions including competency frameworks, talent reviews, and organisational design. \n
- Define change‑management programs that align with business strategy. \n
- Own end‑to‑end HR for one business unit, covering talent management, engagement, performance, development, and policies. \n
- Build the HR team under this role, ensuring capability development and succession. \n
- Partner closely with business leadership to shape people strategy and execution. \n
- Ensure strong governance and consistency across systems, processes, and employee experience. \n
- Develop long‑term talent pipelines for key roles. \n
- Lead structured programs for managerial capability, behavioural skills, and leadership preparedness. \n
- Partner with business heads to identify development gaps and solve them through OD frameworks. \n
- Champion a values‑driven culture based on humility, integrity, professionalism, and respect. \n
- Design initiatives that shape behaviour, collaboration, and performance orientation. \n
- Act as a cultural custodian across business units. \n
- Work directly with the CHRO and CXO leadership on strategic HR initiatives. \n
- Provide data‑driven insights, people analytics, and talent intelligence for decision‑making. \n
- Operate effectively within a promoter‑led environment with high expectations on professionalism, discretion, and maturity. \n\n
- Strong OD orientation - culture, values, leadership development, organisation design. \n
- 17+ years of experience in HR with experience in managing PAN Organisation HR Agenda \n
- Full‑stack HR Generalist experience managing end‑to‑end HR for a business or plant. \n
- Experience working in manufacturing organisations. \n
- Ability to build and lead HR teams. \n
- Values‑driven, grounded, composed, and professional personality. \n
- Balanced communication style - mature, patient, and approachable. \n
- South‑Indian roots for cultural alignment and stability. \n
- Experience working in promoter‑driven setups. \n
- Diversity candidates preferred. \n
- No equity expectation - compensation is fixed + variable. \n
- A long‑term mindset and aspiration to grow into a CHRO succession role.
