\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Technical Leadership
\nLead the design and development of complex product features using TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js (Full-stack preferred).
\nEstablish best practices for software development and guide the team in adhering to them.
\nConduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
\n2. Feature Development
\nArchitect and implement scalable RESTful APIs and front-end UIs.
\nOptimize system performance and ensure robust, secure solutions.
\nBuild modular, reusable components and libraries for future use.
\n3. Proactive User-Centric Approach
\nActively think on behalf of users to design features that address real-world problems.
\nEngage with the community to gather feedback and refine product features.
\nPerform proactive analysis to anticipate demand and prioritize high-impact solutions.
\n4. Mentorship & Collaboration
\nMentor junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and career development.
\nCollaborate with Product Managers and QA to refine requirements.
\nAct as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n5. Strategic Contributions
\nIdentify technical opportunities and risks, proposing innovative solutions.
\nDrive architectural improvements and long-term technical strategies.
\nChampion user-centric design principles.
\n6. System Maintenance & Improvements
\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issues effectively.
\nProactively identify areas for performance optimization and refactoring.
\nEnsure compliance with industry standards for security and scalability.
\n7. Tool & Process
\nUtilize Jira for issue tracking and agile project management.
\nUse Git for version control and code collaboration.
\nIntegrate CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins for seamless deployments.
\nLeverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployments.
\nCollaborate with Azure Cloud infrastructure.
\n8. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
\nCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
\nShare knowledge through Confluence and team workshops.
