\nWork Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
\nIntroduction
\nTo provide visible, on the ground people leadership as well as cosec capability enablement for India colleagues aligned to APAC offices and functions.
\nSome of the Things You Will Be Doing:
\n1. People leadership & floor presence
\n- First point of contact for India colleagues on staff onboarding, day‑to‑day people matters, wellbeing, problem solving, and escalation. \n
- Provide consistent on‑the‑ground support to enable smooth day‑to‑day delivery alongside functional teams \n
- Partnership with location leaders in people’s matters and provide local nuisance to support decisions making. \n
- Cosec SME for technical support \n
- Coordinate training and knowledge transfer with HK / SG / AU teams \n
- Identify skill gaps \n
- Support cross‑training and coverage across teams (Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, and Private Clients) \n
- Process improvement and enhancements to delivery model \n
- Early identification of attrition and morale risks \n
- Backup planning \n
- Identification and support of team champions and high‑potential staff \n
- Act as the bridge between India teams and onshore functional leaders \n
- Escalate themes and risks early and constructively \n
- Cascade key messages clearly \n
- Share high‑level people insights and emerging risks to support OTM in practice \n
- Minimum 13+ years of experience. \n
- Proven experience managing multiple entities and client portfolios \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders \n
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills \n
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines effectively \n
- High level of organizational and documentation skills \n
- Project management capability in a fast-paced, agile environment \n
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach \n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
