Job Description
- Opportunity to lead Finance function for a listed organization \n
- To work closely with the stakeholders and decision makers \n\n
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. \n
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth. \n
- Adept in managing compliance, costing, regulatory affairs, financial reporting (Ind As) \n
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements. \n
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. \n
- Supervise and guide the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals. \n
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with business objectives. \n
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors. \n
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability. \n\n
- Qualified CA (1st attempt preferred) \n
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, business partnering, financial controllership, and compliance. \n
- Proficiency in financial management tools and software (Eg SAP) \n
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team. \n
- Experience in the plastic, polymer, packaging Industry or a related Industrial/Manufacturing field.
