Job Description
- Hands-on involvement across multiple legal domains \n

- Handle consumer complaints by reviewing submissions, refining draft responses, and coordinating with business and customer care teams. \n
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts while liaising with relevant stakeholders. \n
- Oversee invoice processing and document execution, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. \n
- Provide legal support to affiliated entities in India and Sri Lanka. \n
- Contribute to brand protection, intellectual property, and government affairs initiatives. \n
- Collaborate with vendors to finalize contractual agreements. \n
- Monitor regulatory and legal developments, preparing impact assessments for internal teams. \n
- Draft legal instruments such as authorization letters and powers of attorney, and assist the company secretary when required. \n
- Supply documentation for internal and external audits. \n
- Ensure adherence to established contract management and invoicing systems, resolving vendor-related issues as needed. \n

- 4-7 years of professional experience in corporate law or related practice areas. \n
- Strong expertise in contract law, Legal Metrology, and Consumer Protection regulations. \n
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. \n
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. \n
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities. \n
- Prior experience in the retail sector will be preferred.
