Chrysalis HRD is looking for experienced Independent Facilitators based in Turkey or India , provided they have strong proficiency in the Turkish language to deliver high-impact learning interventions for Turkish-speaking audiences. We are especially interested in facilitators who have worked within the hospitality industry or have extensive experience delivering learning solutions .

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Deliver bespoke learning interventions for leading client organizations across multiple industries, with a strong focus on business impact and behavioral transformation.
\n
• Facilitate leadership, managerial, and behavioral skill-building programs for middle and senior management professionals.
\n
• Assimilate learning from various industries and apply it to create value for the client
\n
• Be a part of Chrysalis HRD’s internal learning interventions.
\n
• Work with diverse participant groups in dynamic, multicultural environments.
\n

Key Expectations

As a Chrysalis HRD Facilitator, you will:

\n
• Understand and deliver interventions in line with Chrysalis HRD's learning design and facilitation guidelines.
\n
• Adhere to Chrysalis HRD's quality and facilitation standards.
\n
• Create engaging, learner-centric experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
\n
• Establish credibility with participants through strong facilitation, coaching, and experiential learning techniques.
\n
• Customize delivery approaches while maintaining the integrity of the program design.
\n
• Travel across Turkey and, when required, support learning interventions in neighboring regions.
\n

Preferred Experience

\n
• 8+ years of experience delivering behavioral, leadership, managerial effectiveness, customer experience, communication, or people development programs.
\n
• Strong experience facilitating sessions for middle and senior-level corporate professionals .
\n
• Hospitality industry exposure is highly preferred —either through direct industry experience or by facilitating learning interventions for hospitality, tourism, hotel, resort, or customer service organizations.
\n
• Experience facilitating in multicultural and international business environments will be an advantage.
\n
• Strong presence, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
\n

Educational Qualifications

\n
• Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
\n
• Certifications in facilitation, coaching, organizational development, or learning and development will be an added advantage.
\n
