Job Title: Key Account Manager (AV Industry) \nExperience: 10–15 Years
\nLocations: Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities \n- Manage and grow strategic, high‑value client accounts in the AV industry.
\n- Drive business acquisition and identify growth opportunities within assigned regions.
\n- Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
\n- Partner with internal teams (sales, technical, delivery) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
\n- Create and present account plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
\n- Negotiate client contracts and renewals in line with company objectives.
\n- Address client escalations, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Desired Profile \n- 10–15 years of Key Account Management experience, ideally in the audio-visual (AV) industry.
\n- Proven track record in business acquisition and growing client relationships.
\n- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
\n- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
\n- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
