Role Description The telecaller role at Vantage Systems Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about products and services, and support sales and customer service activities. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, explaining unified communication and AV solutions, updating call records in the system, and scheduling follow-ups or meetings for the sales team. The telecaller will also address basic inquiries, escalate complex issues when needed, and maintain a professional and courteous communication style that aligns with company standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills; ability to explain technical solutions in clear, simple language.
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills, including patience, empathy, and a professional phone manner.
  • Basic sales and telemarketing skills, such as lead generation, prospect qualification, and follow-up coordination.
  • Comfort with using telephony systems, CRM or call-logging tools, and standard office productivity software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes with accuracy.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred; exposure to IT, telecom, or AV solutions is an advantage.
  • Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn about unified communications and audio-visual products and adapt to process changes.
