Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Current HR Systems : Evaluate legacy systems to identify data and processes to be migrated.

• Develop Migration Plans : Create detailed plans covering timelines, resources, and risk management.
\n
• Map and Transform Data : Align and clean data to ensure compatibility with the new HCM platform.
\n
• System Integration : Integrate the new HCM system with other enterprise tools (e.g., payroll, finance).
\n
• Conduct Testing : Run tests to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
\n
• Support Go-Live : Oversee the go-live process to ensure a smooth transition.
\n
• Post-Go-Live Assistance : Provide ongoing support to resolve issues post-migration.
\n
• Improve HR Efficiency : Streamline HR processes and enhance scalability and user experience.
