• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.).

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
\n
• Monitor and optimize utility system performance and energy efficiency.
\n
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
\n
• Document maintenance activities and generate performance reports.
\n
• Collaborate with production teams and external contractors for repairs or upgrades.
\n

• Technical: Experience with utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors), MEP systems, and basic automation (PLCs).
\n
• Education: Diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
