Job Summary \nThe Head of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive employee engagement and performance. This leadership role oversees talent management, talent development, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership \n- \n
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. \n
- Drive initiatives to improve company culture, employee engagement, and retention. \n
Talent Management - encompassing:

- Succession Planning , Career planning, HI-PO Management \n
- Develop and administer a process which focuses on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs. \n
- Serve as a resource to recruiting and business partners in the identification of candidates for critical roles. \n
- Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools. \n
Organizational Development and Design:

- Identify and analyze organization effectiveness opportunities and recommend initiatives that address global and regional opportunities based on business strategy. \n
Organizational Leadership:
\n- \n
- Form collaborative relationships with Human Resources leaders and Business Partners in order to execute talent strategies and efforts to support the growth/strategic objectives of the company. \n
Talen t Acquisition & Workforce Planning
\n- \n
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent. \n
- Implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company s reputation as a great place to work. \n
- Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development programs. \n
- \n
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. \n
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a fair and compliant work environment. \n
- Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. \n
- Handle complex employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution. \n

- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. \n
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. \n
- Monitor industry trends to keep HR policies up to date. \n

- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. \n
- Promote leadership development initiatives for managers and high-potential employees. \n

- Oversee HR systems and tools for efficiency and automation. \n
- Manage HR metrics, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making. \n
- Ensure smooth payroll, compliance, and administrative functions. \n

Candidate Requirement:
\n- 15+ years of experience in handling the HR from a mid sixed IT Services.
\n- MBA/ MSW (HR) - Full time, mandatory
\n- Excellent team handling, stakeholder engagement skills
\n- Excellent communication
