Job Description
- Lead and Build a High‑Impact Inside Sales Function \n

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives. \n
- Define and monitor performance metrics and targets for the inside sales function. \n
- Drive both outbound and inbound lead generation, nurturing, and qualification initiatives. \n
- Ensure accurate tracking, follow‑up, and reporting of sales pipeline data. \n
- Partner with field sales teams to support opportunity progression and deal closures. \n
- Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, and sales teams for campaigns, proposals, and demand‑generation activities. \n
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback. \n
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of inside sales team members. \n
- Maintain adherence to established sales processes, standards, and compliance requirements. \n\n
- 6+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales roles. \n
- Proven experience in managing or leading inside sales teams. \n
- Background in IT services, managed services, or technology solutions sales. \n
- Strong people‑management, leadership, and coaching capabilities. \n
- Ability to monitor and manage targets, KPIs, and sales pipelines effectively. \n
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
