  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

  • Define and monitor performance metrics and targets for the inside sales function.
  • \n
  • Drive both outbound and inbound lead generation, nurturing, and qualification initiatives.
  • \n
  • Ensure accurate tracking, follow‑up, and reporting of sales pipeline data.
  • \n
  • Partner with field sales teams to support opportunity progression and deal closures.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, and sales teams for campaigns, proposals, and demand‑generation activities.
  • \n
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback.
  • \n
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of inside sales team members.
  • \n
  • Maintain adherence to established sales processes, standards, and compliance requirements.

    The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales roles.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in managing or leading inside sales teams.
  • \n
  • Background in IT services, managed services, or technology solutions sales.
  • \n
  • Strong people‑management, leadership, and coaching capabilities.
  • \n
  • Ability to monitor and manage targets, KPIs, and sales pipelines effectively.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
