\nRoles and Responsibilities:
\nTo learn and understand the lease product, so as to Sell Lease as a better solution to meet customer needs
\nPotential Customer Identification - Preparing a qualified database of customers from different industry segments
\nBuild Good networking skills with Manufacturers & Dealers for lead generation
\nMeeting up prospective New customers as well as existing & dormant SF customers for business development
\nComplete Negotiation on the Pricing and terms of the arrangement , Ability to suggest structuring of lease to meet the customer requirement and also protect our interest in risk angle for transaction
\nWork along with Legal team in the event of agreement terms negotiation
\nAble to liaise with the Credit Team and its hierarchy for resolution
\nEnsure collections of installment dues and monitoring of customer account performance
\nEnsure that Post Disbursal Documents are collected and complied well on time
\nEnsure smooth sale & closure of the asset at the end of the lease tenure.
\nExplore new opportunities for expanding product offerings & support in developing new products to meet customer requirement
\nSkills Required:
\nSelling and Negotiation skills
\nPositive & Go-getter attitude
\nPleasing personality
\nLanguage - Speaking in English, Hindi and minimum 1 regional language
\nGood with numbers
\nFair understanding of Balance Sheet /P&L and Ability to understand financial ratios.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
\nStrong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
\nProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
\nEducation Requirements: Engineering or Master s Degree or Chartered Account or Cost Accountant.
