Job Description
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* *End-to-End Product Lifecycle Architecture:* Owning the comprehensive journey of the product pipeline—from initial conceptual briefs and formulation testing to active shelf placement.
* *Supply Chain & Vendor Management:* Partnering directly with contract manufacturing labs, formulation scientists, and packaging component vendors to manage production timelines and maintain absolute quality control.
* *Creative Agency Steering:* Translating brand philosophies into high-yield design directives, briefing external creative agencies, and managing the development of visual identity and structural packaging assets.
* *Brand & Content Cultivation:* Designing and executing comprehensive content playbooks, working across copy, social entertainment layouts, and platform storytelling tailored for the Gen Z market.
* *Ambiguity Navigation:* Operating smoothly across fluid workflows, building operational systems from scratch, and executing tactical pivots inside a fast-turnaround startup ecosystem.

* *Experience Base:* 2–3 years of hands-on professional success operating inside a *Fast-Growing Beauty, Skincare, or Personal Care Startup*.
* *Proven Track Record:* Verifiable experience having successfully shipped a beauty or skincare product directly from the initial brief stage to active retail/D2C market launch.
* *Core Competencies:* A deep, intuitive passion for cross-functional operations spanning product formulation logistics, brand design architectures, and contemporary digital content landscapes.
* *Attributes:* A high bias for action when navigating incomplete data, strong commercial problem-solving skills, and a deeply collaborative mindset.
