Job Description
What impact will you create?
\nYou will be entrusted with owning, leading, and successfully executing the HR technology and digitalization plan across group company. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR technology trends, the ability to drive change, and a passion for enhancing user experience and operational efficiency through technology.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Strategic Leadership:
\nOwn and lead the execution of the HR technology and digitization plan aligned with the overall HR and business strategy.
\nProvide thought leadership on the latest trends and technologies in HR, ensuring continuous innovation and improvement.
\n2. Project Management:
\nLead the successful delivery of large and complex HR digitization projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
\nCollaborate with technology partners to implement new tools and manage the Digital HR Technology landscape.
\n3. Technology Expertise:
\nStay abreast of HR technology trends and explore new thinking to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
\nEnhance HR Data Management, People Analytics, and HR Process Automation product knowledge through self-learning and certification.
\n4. Change Management and Collaboration:
\nCollaborate with HR COEs and drive change management to ensure the smooth adoption of digital HR solutions.
\nPartner with Corporate HR, Business HR CoEs, and People Experience Center to strengthen the data foundation and run seamless people processes on digital platforms.
\n5. Data Analysis and Visualization:
\nUnderstand and analyse HR Data, identifying process digitization needs, analytical outcomes, and visualization requirements.
\nImplement HR Data Warehousing solutions, support data visualization platforms, and provide data-driven insights to the HR department.
\n6. Innovation and Advanced Analytics:
\nBuild new KPIs and Data Models for Advanced Analytics Use Cases.
\nPerform periodic audits of HR data, service management data, and key operational parameters to drive continuous improvements.

\nYou will have a team of 6-8 HR Technology professionals and an opportunity to partner with and learn from colleagues across Corporate HR & Corporate IT Team.

\nWho are we looking for?
\nKey Skills (Must Have)
\nExperience in performing digital maturity assessment for HR Tech, evaluating products and processes for digitalization, and preparing business case for sponsorship.
\nExperience in leading at least one end to end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for hire to retire processes
\nMust have strong Techno-Functional understanding of people and organisation structure design and processes related to Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Employee Survey, Grievance Management and Employee Helpdesk.
\nExposure to other leading Cloud based HRMS product and have a very good understanding of HRMS Data Structure
\nFull-cycle implementation knowledge of Data Warehousing or BI solutions using HR data from key cloud-based HRMS solutions (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, Oracle).
\nMust have worked in the People Analytics domain with knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.
\nProven experience in managing large and complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, encompassing preparation of Business Case, preparation of Project Plan, Requirement gathering, Testing, Deployment, Project monitoring and governance.
\nExcellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
\nGood understanding of project management, financials management and budgeting
\nKey Skills (Nice to Have)
\nAny Business Analyst certification
\nAny IT project management certification (Like Project Management Professionals certification)
\nKnowledge of Data Science tools and techniques, with exposure to R or Python for data and statistical analysis.
\nEducation
\n- A bachelor s degree in any Engineering stream and or MBA degree in HR
\n- Certification in HR Tech Processes/ Data Science/ People Analytics
\nExperience
\n- 10 - 12 years of experience
\n
