\nRole Overview
\nThe Creative Design Lead drives two tracks:
\n1. UI/UX + CRM design – systems and assets for web, apps, and omnichannel campaigns.
\n2. Social design – fast, AI-enabled creative for social platforms.
\nThis is a hands-on player-coach role: design, mentor, and operationalize AI to deliver speed, consistency, and craft.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nUI/UX & CRM
\n- Lead visual design and interaction patterns for websites, apps, landing pages, and funnels. \n
- Translate journeys into CRM-ready assets (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) with accessibility and responsiveness in mind. \n
- Build and maintain design systems, grids, tokens, and cross-channel style guides. \n
- Standardize AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, DALL·E, Figma AI, Canva AI) for concepting, asset variants, and scaling. \n
- Design and ship daily/weekly content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and ads. \n
- Build templates, motion snippets, and prompt libraries for scalable social output. \n
- A/B test creatives with content/performance teams and optimize for engagement and conversions. \n
- Strong portfolio spanning social campaigns, UI/UX, and CRM assets. \n
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; proficient in prototyping and asset delivery. \n
- Hands-on with AI design tools for concepting and production (Midjourney, Veo/Runway, Firefly, Canva AI) \n
- Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, Veo, Runway, Pika). \n
- Solid command of typography, layout, color, motion, and interaction design; sensitivity to accessibility. \n
- Understanding of CRM journeys, lifecycle stages, and omnichannel orchestration. \n
- Player-coach mindset: balance execution, system design, and team mentoring. \n
- Basic HTML/CSS for email/web handoff; knowledge of responsive design and performance budgets. \n
- Motion/animation (After Effects, Premiere, Runway, Pika) for reels, micro-interactions, and short edits. \n
