Job Description:

'13; End to end project delivery - from Requirement gathering, project execution to

Delivery

'13; Create an end-to-end Delivery Project Plan.

'13; Must have domain knowledge on either module – Loan Originating System

(LOS) or Loan Management System (LMS) or Supply Chain Finance (SCF) or

Collection Mgmt. System (CMS) application with Loan products.

'13; Break down requirements into proper Features and User Stories for deeper analysis

and explanation to Development & Quality teams.

'13; Document BRD and/or FSD and gain customer sign-off.

'13; Deliver and install technology solutions

'13; Help project team with the design and development tasks

'13; Monitor and manage scope

'13; Manage all documentation

'13; Assist with quality assurance, testing and documentation, work with designers,

developers and engineers to meet project deadlines and produce project deliverables

'13; Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders

'13; 5 or more years of project management experience in I.T. especially on Fintech /

BFSI Projects / Products

'13; Team mgmt. skills with prior experience is a must.

'13; Hands-on experience of Functional and UAT Testing

'13; Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
