Team Lead - Backend (Node.js, Microservices, Spring Boot)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to drive backend development initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of backend services to ensure a seamless and high-performance user experience.
