Job Description

- Lead and evolve the integration platform vision and roadmap \n
- Define architectural guidelines for when to use iPaaS vs. custom Java microservices \n
- Standardize Integration pipelines, workflows, naming conventions, and error handling frameworks \n
- Establish reusable integration design patterns and reference architectures \n
- Design batch, near-real-time, and event-driven integration solutions \n
- Architect secure REST-based integrations using OAuth2, Webhooks, and token-based authentication \n\n
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts hands-on experience with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot \n
- Deep understanding of Apache Hop architecture (pipelines, workflows, metadata management) or similar data/integration frameworks \n
- Expertise in integration patterns: batch, near-real-time, and event-driven architectures \n
- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, Webhooks \n
- Working knowledge of Kafka and/or JMS \n
- Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes deployments \n
- Performance tuning and memory optimization experience (critical for Hop-based implementations)
