Key Responsibilities
\nMarket Expansion & Pipeline Development
\nDrive proactive outreach to prospects and execute strategic account engagement across multiple regions.
\nFull-Cycle Sales Management
\nFrom lead generation to deal closure, foster relationships, conduct product demos, and create tailored AI data service solutions.
\nClient & Partner Engagement
\nDevelop trust with enterprise-level clients; articulate Shaip's value of high-quality, ethically sourced data, human-in-the-loop validation,
\nand technical rigor ShaipBusiness Connect India.
\nCross-functional Collaboration
\nLiaise with operations, project management, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
\nAchieve Sales Targets & Forecasting
\nMeet and surpass monthly/quarterly targets, provide sales forecasts and market feedback.
\nMarket Insights & Competitive Positioning
\nAnalyze region-specific AI data market landscapes, monitor competition, and contribute to revenue strategies.
\nRequired Qualifications & Experience
\n Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise sales—B2B technology, AI/data services, or SaaS.
\n Regional Expertise: Demonstrated success in the US, APAC, and/or European markets.
\n Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication; adept at complex, consultative selling.
Technical Fluency: Understanding of AI/ML use-cases—healthcare AI, conversational AI, computer vision, and/or generative AI.
\n CRM & Tools: Skilled in CRM usage, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
