\n\n* Execute strategies to drive direct-to-consumer sales through digital channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, technology, and finance to optimize the digital sales process and enhance customer experience.
\n * Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation & present findings to senior management.
\n * Continuously optimize digital sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer journey to maximize revenue and profitability.
\n * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing digital sales activities, and mitigate any associated risks.
\n * Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes within the digital sales function.
\n * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital sales initiatives and enhance capabilities.
\n * Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on digital sales performance, initiatives, and strategic recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
