Client: Wealth Management Company of a leading business Conglomerate
\nDesignation: Regional Head PCG
\nLocation Mumbai (BKC)
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Leading advisory and sales team. \n
- Develop and execute the overall advisory business strategy \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners \n
- Oversee the development and delivery of advisory services \n
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the advisory business \n
- Manage and develop the advisory team \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements \n
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities \n
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences \n
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives \n
Qualification: Post Graduate/ CA/ MBA
\nMust have NCFM/AMFI/ IRDA certifications.
\nRequired Skills and Experience:
\nMinimum 12 years of experience in financial services, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
\nProven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and delivering tailored solutions.
\nSound understanding of financial markets, investment and wealth management products like IAP, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and bonds.
\nAbility to identify opportunities for cross-selling various financial products such as Equity Basket, SIP, Mutual Fund, PMS, and Insurance.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
