Job Title: General Manager- Fleet Sales

\nJob Summary:
\nThe GM- Fleet Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the fleet sales division, driving sales growth, and expanding the company s fleet customer base. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
\nJob Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development: \n- \n
- Develop and implement a fleet sales strategy to drive growth and market share. \n
- Identify potential fleet clients, including corporations, government agencies, leasing companies... \n
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue generation. \n
- \n
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and institutional clients. \n
- Negotiate fleet sales agreements, contracts, and pricing structures. \n
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. \n
- \n
- Lead and mentor the fleet sales team, providing training and performance management. \n
- Conduct regular sales meetings - ensuring targets are met and provide reports on sales performance and forecasts. \n
- \n
- Work closely with marketing / finance and After- Sales team ensuring promotional campaigns ,smooth order processing, invoicing, and delivery and excellent post-sales support and service. \n
- \n
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices. \n
