\nOur client is a leading NBFC that provides Fixed deposits, Car loans, Commercial Vehicle Loan, Construction Equipment Loan, Tractor loan
\nLocation - Chennai
\nExperience - 12+ years
\nRoles and Responsibilities
\nTo lead a Team within Internal Audit Department
\nPart of Team Handling Branch Audits
\nPlan and Execute the audits in accordance to Internal Audit Plan
\nReview the work done by the branch audit team members and guide the team accordingly.
\nPrepare Audit Report, Liaise with department officials for Response, Track for compliance as part of Action Taken Report.
\nPrepare the Audit Committee related papers and ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
\nUse Data Analytics as part of Audit
\nExecute any other audit as assigned.
\nKey Requirements: Team Management skills, Analytical skills; Proficiency in MS Office; Good communication & report writing skills;
\nQualifications:

- M.com / CA Inter/ Final or related field; additional qualifications are preferred. \n
- Minimum of 12 + years of experience in internal Audit Department. \n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex audit requirements. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization. \n
- Candidate should have experience in managing bigger team/clients. \n
- Should have experience in vendor performance reviews and bring in efficiency. \n
