Job Title: OES Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Develop and fortify ties with OES clients while generating new business for non-OE goods.
  • \n
  • Keep an eye on supply against schedule, haggle over prices for slow-moving OES products, and make sure the AOP objective is met.
  • \n
  • Encourage customer satisfaction by providing prompt assistance, resolving service complaints, and providing engineering and quality teams with feedback.
  • \n
  • Oversee the development and deployment of All-Make Inline Spares projects, including those involving elements, delivery valves, and nozzles.
  • \n
  • To evaluate trends and possibilities, conduct product marketing, client meetings, and market visits at the regional and district levels.
  • \n
  • Establish lead and target schedules, plan and carry out new product launches, and communicate with suppliers and internal departments.
  • \n
  • Create yearly business plans and competitive pricing strategies for All-Makes spare parts.
  • \n
  • Provide product training for distributors and field teams, and assist with the sales and servicing of test equipment for both domestic and international markets.
  • \n
  • Oversee marketing materials, promotional events, Auto Expo/Auto Serve exhibits, and the creation of packaging designs.
