Role: Solutions Leader Strategic Solutions Large Pursuits

Location: Anywhere in India (Preferred locations: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore)

Roles & Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Proactive planning with Sales & Account teams to shape large deal opportunities and influence client engagements.
  • \n
  • Solution design and deal shaping for large pursuits, including Managed Services, Cloud migration, modernization, and emerging technologies like GenAI.
  • \n
  • Develop and present value propositions by analyzing client contexts, trends, and key challenges.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with practices, service lines, and delivery teams to create differentiated solutions.
  • \n
  • Lead strategic client connections and thought leadership initiatives to incubate and seed transformation deals.
  • \n
  • Influence large deals through connections with analysts and deal advisors to convert and position solutions effectively.
  • \n

Expertise Required:

  • Strong technology breadth across cloud, data, AI, and various delivery models like Agile and Pods.
  • \n
  • Consulting mindset with excellent communication and articulation skills to bring solution concepts to life.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across practices, delivery units, and leadership levels.
